What’s Unique About Pathfinder?
- We purchase owner financing, also known as “Seller Carry-back Mortgages”, “Deeds of Trust”, or “Land Contracts”, specializing in those located in the United States, where we have 23+ years of experience in the Market.
- Although we do from time to time sell Notes, the primary function of Pathfinder is to purchase these loans in a principal capacity, not as merely a broker introducing buyer and seller for a fee. The vast majority of our competition is acting as an intermediary to broker the Notes, adding a middleman into the transaction. Without this third party, our clients have found Pathfinder’s pricing to be exceptional.
